Qualifications

5+ years engineering experience in electronics, embedded systems or related fields.
Experience delivering products through full development cycle.
Strong exposure to electronics, firmware and mechanical engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

Own and drive product development projects across electronics, firmware, mechanical and optics.
Bring multidisciplinary teams together, driving projects from concept to launch.
Lead system integration, testing and troubleshooting to ensure products meet high standards.
Turn product requirements into practical, innovative engineering solutions.
Lead in resolving complex technical challenges across engineering disciplines.
Drive design reviews, validation and technical risk management throughout the lifecycle.
Explore new technologies and ideas, supporting feasibility studies and continuous innovation.
