Job summary

Grab's centralised Platform Engineering team — the builders and custodians of the foundational tech stack powering consumer apps, AI agents and reliability. As Lead Product Manager, Infrastructure Platforms, you own the vision, strategy and execution for the core platform that enables thousands of engineers to build and run high‑quality products quickly, reliably and securely.

This onsite role reports to the Head of Product, Technical Infrastructure, and involves shaping developer experience,

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading technical products from 0→1 and at scale.
• Degree in CS/Engineering or related quantitative field with credibility in architecture and data discussions.
• Data-driven decision making with usage/telemetry insights and KPI/OKR tracking.
• Ability to distill complex platform concepts into clear narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and data science.
• Experience with AI tools and emerging tech to boost productivity and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to move fast with high quality across infra, reliability, and AI domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform product roadmap end-to-end aligned with engineering leadership.
• Set strategy and success metrics with KPIs and OKRs for adoption and outcomes.
• Drive adoption of platform solutions with internal engineering customers.
• Write and iterate on PRDs with engineering teams to ensure high-quality execution.
• Champion developer experience by surfacing friction points and translating into improvements.
• Leverage GenAI for productivity and governance of research, documentation, roadmap analysis.
