Job summary

Grab's centralised Platform Engineering team is hiring a Lead Product Manager, Infrastructure Platforms. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core engineering platform powering 1,000+ microservices and thousands of engineers.

You will report to the Head of Product, Technical Infrastructure, work in a hybrid setup from Singapore, collaborate with engineering and design, and drive adoption, PRDs, and developer-centric improvements to boost productivity at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in a technical context.
• Engineering or quantitative foundation with technical credibility.
• Data-driven decisions using telemetry and usage data.
• Strong storytelling to align technical and non-technical teams.
• Cross-functional influence across engineering, design and data science.
• Experience with AI tools to boost productivity and workflows.
• Adaptive, high-urgency execution across infra, reliability and AI domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform product roadmap end-to-end with priority trade-offs.
• Set strategy and success metrics, track adoption and outcomes.
• Drive adoption of platform solutions with internal customers.
• Write and iterate on high-quality PRDs with engineering teams.
• Champion developer experience through research and insights.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research and documentation.
• Introduce thought leadership and benchmark against best practices.
