Job summary

National Environment Agency in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Director to lead Operations Planning and Monitoring within PMOD. You will translate divisional priorities into actionable plans, coordinate implementation, and provide management with an integrated view of performance, risks and emerging developments.

You will drive forward planning and readiness capabilities, including sensing, horizon scanning and scenario planning, leveraging data and technology to ensure resilient operations

• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate priorities into operational plans and frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with multiple audiences.
• Capability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

• Review and refine CONOPS and operational frameworks for practical guidelines.
• Develop and monitor performance indicators, dashboards and reports.
• Drive anticipatory operations with horizon scanning and analysis of trends and risks.
• Strengthen emergency preparedness and business continuity across markets.
