Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an On-Site Safety Lead to manage safety enforcement during concert load-ins, setups, and tear-downs. You will liaise with internal crews, promoters, and high-level clients to explain safety processes with authority.

Responsibilities include enforcing housekeeping, managing No-Fly zones, developing robust safety systems, and conducting risk assessments and method statements for each project.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and safety enforcement skills.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing safety procedures.
• Industry experience in construction, heavy industry or on-site safety.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Safety Leadership: Lead safety enforcement during concert load-ins, setups, and tear-downs.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate safety briefings with crew, promoters, and clients.
• Workflow Discipline: Maintain housekeeping standards and real-time hazard mitigation.
• Zone Management: Enforce No-Fly Zones and restricted areas during high-altitude work.
• System Implementation: Develop and implement safety systems and SOPs.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct RA and MS for projects and communicate findings.
