Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Lead Software Engineer specialized in .NET to oversee enterprise solutions, with a focus on the Fenergo platform and regulatory modules. You will guide a team, coordinate with analysts, and deliver cloud-native solutions on Azure.

The role requires 5–10 years in .NET/C#, strong leadership, and experience with Fenergo or CLM domain knowledge. Prior AML/KYC experience is valued; willingness to mentor vendor staff is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-10 years in .Net development, particularly C#; financial industry preferred.
• Experience deploying cloud-native .Net apps on Azure; Fenergo/CLM knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and estimate development activities.
• Gather and analyze requirements with System Analysts.
• Design technical solutions based on functional specs and risk assessments.
• Develop solutions and perform unit testing for quality.
• Configure and customize Fenergo modules (KYC, AML, Onboarding).
• Lead version upgrades and post-implementation support for configuration issues.
• Create or review documentation for releases and deployments.
• Provide technical support for incidents and root cause analysis.
