Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive .NET development in a permanent role. You will collaborate with technical peers to translate requirements into robust software solutions and help shape technical architecture.

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience with .NET/C#, cloud-native Azure deployments (Azure Functions, Azure messaging), and strong SDLC/leadership skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of software development experience using .NET technologies, preferably C#.NET, with banking/financial sector exposure preferred.
Experience deploying and maintaining cloud-native .NET applications on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions and Azure messaging services.
Proficient in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile) with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with technical members to analyze user, business, and system requirements and align with delivery objectives.
Perform risk assessments to evaluate processes, identify constraints, and assess proposed solutions.
Design and build technical solutions based on specifications.
Conduct code reviews for junior members and vendors, and review or create release/deployment documentation.
Conduct unit tests, support system testing, and assist in integration and user acceptance testing.
Provide incident support by resolving issues, performing root cause analysis, and escalating as needed.
