Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Lead (.Net) for the banking domain to design, develop, and optimize CLM middleware components. You will lead a team, mentor vendors, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

The role requires 5–7 years in .NET (C#), Azure experience, cloud-native apps, Azure Functions, and solid SDLC/Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-7 years in .NET development (preferably C#) with Azure and cloud-native apps.
• Banking or financial institution experience preferred.
• Experience with Azure Functions, SDLC, and agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex technical challenges.
• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize CLM Manager middleware components.
• Drive improvements to support new business needs and system integrations.
• Provide BAU support, resolve incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
• Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
• Support deployment, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Guide and mentor team members and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation for incidents, solutions, and releases.
