Job summary

The Japan Research Institute (JRI) Limited is seeking an VP, Overall Lead Software Engineer to drive .NET CLM development in Singapore. You will plan, design, and implement technical solutions, configure Fenergo modules, and coordinate with analysts and API teams to ensure robust, compliant deployments.

You will lead a team, mentor colleagues, and maintain high standards for SDLC processes while delivering on regulatory requirements and client expectations in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
• 5–10 years of software development with .Net, preferably C#.Net.
• Experience in banking/financial institutions is a plus.
• Experience deploying cloud-native .Net apps on Microsoft Azure.
• Familiar with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).

Responsibilities

• Plan development activities and provide effort estimates.
• Collaborate with System Analysts to analyze requirements for delivery.
• Design technical solutions based on Functional Spec.
• Build solutions and conduct unit tests to ensure quality.
• Configure Fenergo modules (KYC, AML, Onboarding, CDD) to meet regulatory needs.
• Customize workflows, data models, rules engines, UI components, and product logic.
• Coordinate with business analysts and API/data mapping with upstream/downstream systems.
• Assist in migrations, upgrades, and post-implementation support.
• Support testing activities, integration test, and UAT.
• Create/review release documents and provide deployment support.
• Provide BAU support to ensure performance and incident resolution.
