Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in craft cocktail programs.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience with similar standing.
• In-depth knowledge of classic and international cocktails.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic POS management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and achieves targets.
• Maintains quality and consistency of beverages and hospitality.
• Ensures bar safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Trains and develops bar staff and oversees recruitment.
• Delivers world-class guest experience and handles feedback.
