Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Mixologist in Singapore to deliver high-quality beverage service and guest experiences. You will craft cocktails, manage bar operations, and promote signature drinks while maintaining compliance with safety and brand standards.

You will greet guests, provide recommendations, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth floor service, inventory control, and revenue-focused promotions.

Responsibilities

• Craft, garnish, and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to Hilton recipes and standards.
• Explain beverage offerings, suggest tailored recommendations, and guide guests through drinks and venue options.
• Greet guests, deliver prompt floor service, and resolve guest queries to create exceptional experiences.
• Prepare daily bar stations, stock inventory, and maintain quality on perishables; handle POS and end-of-shift cash balance.
• Maintain clean, hygienic bar workspace and follow food safety guidelines and liquor laws.
• Promote premium beverages and hotel dining promotions to maximize guest spend and cross-sell to other hotel outlets.
