Job summary

Jigger & Pony Group in Singapore is expanding our team and we are seeking a candidate with high passion and experience to join as Bartender. The role involves prepare beverages with proficiency, engaging with customers to build loyalty, and delivering convivial hospitality of the highest standards.

You will set-up and maintain a neat, polished venue, manage daily bar operations and inventory, and support a fast-paced hospitality team, including shifts and late hours.

Qualifications

• Have a strong interest in crafting cocktails.

• Converse in good English and proficient in service-language.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages with high degree of proficiency and consistency
• Engagement with customers to forge loyalty to the bar
• Deliver convivial hospitality, ensuring internal quality standards and procedures are being practiced
• Deliver genuine service from the heart
• Set-up and maintain a neat, polished venue
• Responsible for the bar’s daily operation and inventory management
• Ensure cleanliness of the bar and all operating equipment
• Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit family of hospitality staff
