Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a visionary R&D professional to drive development of advanced metal powders, explore new alloy systems, and advance powder manufacturing technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on R&D initiatives, new product development and customer projects.

You will lead powder development programs, guide technical teams, analyze data, and represent the company at conferences and events, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource

Responsibilities

Lead powder development projects and explore new alloy systems and powder manufacturing techniques.
Drive research and development initiatives to improve material properties, manufacturing processes and product performance.
Manage technical projects to ensure timely delivery, budget compliance and quality standards.
Collaborate with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders on technology development and new product introduction.
Analyse experimental data and material characteristics to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Manage R&D project budgets and optimise resource allocation.
Represent the organisation at industry conferences, technical seminars and networking events.
Undertake other related duties as assigned.
