Heraeus Materials Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an R&D Engineer to join the Pioneer office. The role involves hands-on laboratory work, data analysis, and developing new testing methodologies to drive product innovation.

The candidate will lead powder development projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines. Senior engineers may be considered for more experienced candidates.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Min 4-7 years of experience in the semiconductor material industry.
• Strong knowledge of metallurgy, powder manufacturing, and new product development.
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation to drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead powder development projects and explore new alloying systems.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and meet quality standards.
• Engage with suppliers, partners, and customers to gather insights.
• Mentor team members and support customer sample requests.
• Represent Heraeus at industry events to stay updated.
• Develop budgets for R&D activities and optimize resources.
• Perform other related activities as assigned.
