Heraeus Materials Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced R&D Engineer to join the Pioneer office in Singapore. The role involves hands-on laboratory work, data analysis, and developing new testing methodologies to advance powder metallurgy and semiconductor materials.

You will lead powder development projects, mentor teammates, collaborate with suppliers and customers, and help manage budgets to maximize innovation output. Senior candidates may be considered for advanced roles.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or higher in Metallurgy, Materials Science or related field.
• Min 4–7 years in semiconductor materials with metallurgy / powder development.
• Strong knowledge of metallurgy and powder manufacturing.
• Understanding solder alloys, powder processes, semiconductor materials, and safety regulations.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
• Leadership experience to guide teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive powder development projects and explore new alloying systems and techniques.
• Ensure projects delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers, partners, and customers across functions.
• Mentor team members and support sample requests and timely delivery.
• Represent the company at conferences and manage innovation budgets.
• Develop budgets and optimize resource allocation for R&D.
• Handle related activities as assigned.
