Instant Hire Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Construction Coordinator to manage electrical, ACMV, ELV and related building services across project execution.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project coordination and timely completion, supervise site installations, review drawings, and coordinate testing & commissioning activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage M&E works including electrical, ACMV, ELV and related building services throughout project execution.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project coordination and timely completion.
• Supervise site installation works, review technical/shop drawings, conduct site inspections and coordinate testing & commissioning activities.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and schedules; attend site meetings and resolve technical or site-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including method statements, risk assessments, progress reports, technical submissions, as-built drawings and O&M manuals, ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.
