Job summary

FUJI SMBE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical Project Coordinator to lead end-to-end LV switchboard projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with design, production, procurement and QA/QC teams to ensure delivery meets technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

The role involves reviewing specifications, preparing engineering deliverables, and supporting FAT/SAT and site inspections, while maintaining schedule, cost and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) is required.
• Familiarity with Singapore standards and EMA/SS/IEC requirements is advantageous.
• Strong project coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good problem-solving, time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end LV switchboard projects from order handover to delivery, testing and handover.
• Review specifications, drawings and client requirements to ensure compliance with Singapore standards.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement and QA/QC teams for timely delivery.
• Prepare and review SLDs, GA drawings, wiring schematics and technical submissions.
• Support FAT, SAT and site inspections with proper documentation.
