Job summary

u square engineering & services pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Site Lead for Electrical Projects to manage installation, testing, and commissioning of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, and associated electrical systems on live projects.

You will supervise site teams, coordinate with clients and contractors, ensure compliance with drawings, method statements, risk assessments, and QA/QC procedures, and drive safe, on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading electrical site execution on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS and related systems.
• Skilled in coordinating multiple contractors and ensuring compliance with drawings and specs.
• Experience with QA/QC, risk assessments and method statements for electrical works.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site execution activities for electrical projects (installation, testing, commissioning).
• Supervise cable tray installation, cable pulling, panel installation, and terminations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
