Job summary

stafflink services private limited in Singapore East is seeking a seasoned Project Leader to manage large-scale electrical construction projects from planning through handover. You will oversee budgets, schedules, resources, safety and quality, coordinating with internal engineering teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders on LV/HV, power distribution and ELV systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical engineering and project management.
• Strong experience in LV/HV systems, power distribution, lighting, ELV and related electrical systems.
• Proven experience managing large-scale electrical construction and installation projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical system design, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Willing to be on 24/7 standby when required, in line with the nature and seniority of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of large-scale electrical construction and installation projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, resources, quality, safety and delivery.
• Ensure milestones and deliverables meet contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams, subcontractors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Define project scope, deliverables and timelines; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover activities with clients and consultants.
• Promote safety and quality culture across project teams.
