RRecruiter in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Testing Lead to supervise technicians and ensure LV switchboards and power distribution boards meet safety and quality standards. You will oversee FAT/FWT, in-house testing, and visual/torque inspections to guarantee reliability.

You will develop safety and testing training, manage calibration and replacements of equipment, and support RCA/CAPA activities while coordinating with Project Management to validate testing methods and project compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, E&E, or Mechatronic Engineering with relevant electrical engineering experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead technicians and supervisors testing LV switchboards and power distribution boards.
• Ensure testing checklists, procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements are followed.
• Conduct FAT/FWT and in-house testing, including visual and torque inspections.
• Develop training on safety, testing procedures, and troubleshooting for new staff and products.
• Manage testing equipment calibration, defects, and replacements.
• Support RCA/CAPA activities and continuous quality improvement.
• Coordinate with Project Management to review testing methods and ensure project compliance.
