Job summary
The Pique Lab in Singapore is seeking a Senior LEGO Robotics & AI Lead to design immersive curricula and coach competition teams. You will build The Pique Lab's robotics and AI programme from the ground up using LEGO SPIKE Prime and CS & AI kits, with a focus on story-led, hands-on learning.
As an experienced educator, you will shape the DSA portfolio pathway, prepare students for national competitions, and lead weekly classes and workshops while staying ahead of market trends.
Qualifications
- Track record of preparing students for robotics competitions (FLL, NRC, WRO or similar)
- Track record of preparing students for DSA submissions or portfolios
- Curriculum design for STEM/robotics programmes with a portfolio of builds
Responsibilities
- Coach student teams toward competition readiness and manage registration timelines
- Own the competition calendar and lead dedicated programmes ahead of competition dates
- Lead robotics & AI classes and holiday workshops with hands-on building and coding
- Keep programmes ahead of the market by refining curricula based on results and external benchmarks
