Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for engaging children in learning and fostering STEM interest.
• Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills demonstrated through lesson delivery and student interaction.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and confident in public speaking within educational settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to support lesson preparation and reporting.
• Experience with LEGO Spike Prime technology is a plus for lead roles.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct STEM lessons that introduce grade-appropriate science and engineering concepts to inspire curiosity and excitement in students
• Facilitate and coach students through hands-on STEM activities and experiments to create effective and engaging learning experiences
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to maintain a safe, stimulating, and well-managed learning environment that supports program success and continuous improvement
• Monitor and assess each child’s learning progress, providing constructive feedback to curriculum developers and parents to enhance educational outcomes
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and students to support student engagement and satisfaction
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure order and discipline during sessions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in centres and classrooms to provide a healthy learning environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for engaging children in learning and fostering STEM interest
