Job summary

The Pique Lab Pte. Ltd is seeking a LEGO Robotics & Coding Instructor in Singapore to bring our robotics and AI curriculum to life in the classroom. You’ll guide students through hands-on building, coding, and problem solving with energy and storytelling that defines our STEM workshops.

You will lead robotics & AI classes and holiday workshops, learn what makes our workshops a hit, and share classroom insights with our curriculum design team to continually refine materials.

Your Role As Our Robotics & Coding Instructor

You’ll bring The Pique Lab's robotics and AI programme, built on official LEGO Education SPIKE Prime and Computer Science & AI kits, to life in the classroom, guiding students through an immersive, story-led, hands-on learning journey.

• Lead our robotics & AI classes and holiday workshops: You will be involved in guiding students through hands-on building and coding with the same energy and storytelling that defines our existing STEM workshops, ensuring genuine understanding (not just working code) along the way.

• Share what you learn in the classroom: Flag what's working, what's confusing, and what could be improved, feeding real classroom experience back to our curriculum design team.

You, Our Robotics & Coding Instructor

• Personality - Reliable & Detail-Oriented: You prepare well for each session and follow through on what's required to deliver an engaging and effective learning experience for your students consistently.
• Genuinely Enjoys Working With Kids: You're patient, encouraging, and know how to keep young students engaged through a full hands-on session.
• Calm & Adaptable: Robots won’t always work the first time for your students. You stay calm, encouraging and solution-focused, guiding them to troubleshoot rather than give up.
• Effective Classroom Management: Whether it's a fixed or self-paced lesson structure, you can keep a class of young learners on task and safe while they're building and experimenting.

Good-To-Have

• Prior competition coaching experience (FLL, NRC, WRO, RoboCup or similar): Share with us team results, student progress, or specific outcomes you're proud of.
• Prior DSA student preparation experience: Share with us your experience in guiding students who've gone through the entire DSA process with your support.
• Prior curriculum design experience for STEM/robotics programmes, ideally hands-on/project-based, with a portfolio of what you've built.
