• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Provide guidance to staff for smooth and efficient operations.
• Collect feedback from staff and customers and report issues to management.
• Assist in resolving daily kitchen and operational issues.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
