The role involves overseeing raw material preparation, ensuring compliance with Standard Recipes and SOPs, and maintaining high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. You will lead kitchen staff, ensure quality and consistency, and assist in cooking and plating as per the Kitchen Manual.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen supervision.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Familiar with SFA regulations, hygiene and health, and safety legislations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee preparation of raw materials for the menu.
• Ensure all food preparation follows Standard Recipes and Operating Procedures.
• Adhere to statutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure regular maintenance of kitchen equipment, machinery and accessories.
• Ensure all items prepared meet quality and consistency standards.
• Assist in cooking and plating according to Kitchen Manual standards.
