Job summary

REGTECH INSIGHT PTE. LTD. in Singapore hires a Project Manager to oversee full project lifecycles, ensuring IT governance alignment and user satisfaction. You will manage plans, budgets and stakeholder engagement to deliver quality outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end project execution, develop detailed plans, coordinate with business users and external vendors, and drive risk-aware decisions to keep projects on track and within scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including participation in full software or product development cycles.
• Experience with Agile methodology and past development experience.
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through project execution.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
• Project Management certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycle management from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery of defined goals and outcomes
• Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation to guide execution
• Engage and communicate effectively with business users, project teams, and external vendors to align expectations
• Conduct regular project status meetings and deliver clear updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency

• Incorporate user feedback and needs into project deliverables to ensure relevance and satisfaction
