AL-AZIZ CUISINE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned kitchen lead to prepare high quality traditional authentic Indian cuisine, with emphasis on bangla foods, and to supervise daily kitchen operations during busy periods.

You will oversee herbs and spices usage, ensure freshly prepared dishes, manage a team, and introduce new dishes and specials while maintaining company policies. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to handle split shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of herbs and spices usage in food preparation.
• Experience with heavy cooking for large scale events (1000-3000 Pax).
• Ability to supervise and coach junior kitchen staff.

Aufgaben

• Prepare high quality traditional authentic Indian food, especially bangla foods.
• Ensure all dishes are freshly prepared and meet food standards.
• Oversee kitchen daily operations and supervise junior staff.
• Record and manage food purchases and inventories.
• Order new menu items for specials or deals and introduce new dishes.
• Work under pressure during extremely busy periods.
• Flexible to work in any shifts, including evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
