Job summary

aCommerce in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, checking and putaway. You will ensure accuracy, proper storage, and timely readiness for fulfilment, while supporting cycle counts and stock reconciliation.

You will supervise a team, coordinate with internal teams and transporters, and maintain safety documentation and KPIs during campaigns and peak periods. Experience in inbound warehouse roles and WMS is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse role, inbound operations preferred, with team supervision experience.
• Experience supervising a team to meet targets and schedules.
• Familiar with receiving, putaway, inventory control, cycle counting and WMS transactions.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work accurately and prioritise tasks to handle high volumes during campaigns.
• Willing to support Saturdays, overtime and campaign shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily inbound activities and allocate tasks to meet receiving and putaway targets.
• Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders and documents, including SKU, quantity, condition and expiry where applicable.
• Ensure accurate and timely receiving transactions in the WMS.
• Monitor putaway and ensure stock is placed in correct locations.
• Investigate shortages, excess quantities, damaged goods and delivery discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, transporters and client representatives on delivery schedules and inbound issues.
• Supervise and train permanent, contract and temporary workers on procedures, productivity and quality.
• Prepare daily updates on inbound volume, outstanding deliveries, productivity and discrepancies.
• Support Inventory with Daily Cycle Counts (DCC), stock reconciliation and discrepancy investigations.
• Support stock transfers and returns when required.
• Provide cross-functional support for picking, packing, dispatch and other warehouse activities.
• Maintain documentation, housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Support campaign preparation and peak operations with overtime and shift arrangements.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in inbound operations, with experience supervising a team.
• Familiar with receiving, putaway, inventory control, cycle counting and WMS transactions.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work accurately, prioritise tasks and manage high volumes during campaigns.
• Flexible and willing to support different warehouse functions.

Willing to work Saturdays, overtime and campaign shifts when required.
