Job summary

Linesight Pte. Limited is seeking a Project Manager in Singapore to lead large-scale construction efforts with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will oversee field activities, manage stakeholders and ensure documentation and handovers meet high standards.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, resolve issues proactively, and drive improvements in project processes while maintaining strong relationships with teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Possess a project management professional certification or are actively pursuing one.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a focus on quality deliverables.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control and quality.
• Monitor day-to-day field activity, track progress, and report issues related to progress, quality and safety.
• Assist in completing the handover plan with timely and quality documentation.
• Be a visible onsite leader, assess progress and promote safe work practices.
• Coordinate with client, consultant and contractor on snagging, schedules and engagement.
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve them effectively.
• Implement and monitor project processes in collaboration with the client.
• Lead meetings to monitor progress and communicate impacts to partners.
• Review proposed variations and delays in the works.
