SSMC (Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd.) is seeking a Principal Engineer, HV Development to join the Technology Development, Process Development RF team in Singapore.

The role focuses on developing, transferring, and qualifying advanced semiconductor processes and ensuring seamless transfer to Production. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, run DOE studies, and drive process integration improvements while addressing FMEA-driven risks.

Qualifikationen

• Master degree or above in semiconductor/electronics/electrical/physics/materials.
• Experience in HV, BCD, RF, NV, BiCOMS device development.
• CMOS fabrication experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop, transfer & qualify new and derivative processes and transfer to Production.
• Lead cross-functional team to resolve process issues during development/transfer.
• Run DOE to optimize process integration and determine process specifications.
• Resolve all process integration issues ensuring window checks per FMEA.
• Identify and correct ET problems affecting production
• Prepare engineering lot reports for new devices and experiments.
• Execute productivity improvement projects.
