The ideal candidate holds MSc or Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, 3–5 years in semiconductor manufacturing, and demonstrates leadership to mentor teams and advance process

Qualifications

• MSc or Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Sound engineering knowledge across semiconductor devices, electronics, and wafer fabrication processes.
• Demonstrated leadership to guide and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and improve equipment performance indices to meet operations goals.
• Coordinate with vendors and other departments to troubleshoot and implement equipment improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement for cost, yield, productivity, uptime, and defense systems.
• Review line practices and pre-emptively implement defense systems to prevent major events.
• Own costs, uptime, scrap, parts management, rework, and down-memo reduction for equipment.
• Provide training materials and certifications for new engineers and crew, maintaining team morale.
• Lead in cross-functional activities and tech transfer with process counterparts.
