Job summary

Vopak offers a 2-year Lead Graduate program with structured job rotations across Operations and Maintenance at our terminals. You will grow through tailored training and mentorship while contributing to the company’s global operations.

This fast-paced track aims to develop future leaders who can influence strategy and drive growth. Ideal candidates hold an Engineering degree, have less than 2 years of experience, and show a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering disciplines (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Process, Sustainable Energy) or related field.
• Less than 2 years of professional experience.
• Proactive approach to learning, strong interpersonal skills, and analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Ambitious and driven graduates with a passion for making an impact.
• Leadership in extracurriculars preferred (e.g., student associations).

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year rotation across Operations and Maintenance and other departments.
• Be actively involved in driving business forward through structured assignments.
• Gain hands-on experience and contribute to leadership development during rotations.

What will you be doing?

On our Lead Graduate Track, you won't just be observing - you'll be actively involved in driving our business forward. This fast-paced program will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and network to become a future leader within Vopak's operations related functions, contributing to our global success and your own professional growth.

This two-year programme is designed to develop Vopak's future leaders through structured job rotations and tailored training. You will gain hands-on experience by rotating through departments including Operations and Maintenance across our four terminals (Jurong Island and Sebarok Island).
