Vopak TERMINALS SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking graduates for a Lead Graduate track. The two-year renewable contract offers rotations across Operations and Maintenance at Jurong Island and Sebarok Island, with a focus on developing future leaders in Vopak's global operations.

You will join a dynamic group of ambitious graduates, participate in structured training, and gain hands-on experience through diverse assignments and mentorship to accelerate your career trajectory within the energy storage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering disciplines (e.g. Chemical, Mechanical, Process, Sustainable Energy) or a related field.
• Less than 2 years of professional experience.
• Proactive approach to learning, strong interpersonal skills, and analytical/problem-solving abilities to thrive in diverse teams.
• Ambitious and driven graduates with a passion for making an impact.
• Preferably held leadership roles in extracurriculars (e.g., student associations).

Responsibilities

On our Lead Graduate Track, you won't just be observing – you'll be actively involved in driving our business forward. This fast-paced program will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and network to become a future leader within Vopak's operations related functions, contributing to our global success and your own professional growth.

This two-year programme is designed to develop Vopak’s future leaders through structured job rotations and tailored training. You will gain hands‑on experience by rotating through departments including Operations and Maintenance across our four terminals (Jurong Island and Sebarok Island).
