Qualifications

• Review S&P policies and improve the P2P process.

As a Procurement Executive, you will play a key role in realizing our ambitions while building both the future of Vopak and your own.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Contracting Strategy appropriate for the project scope, project strategy and contractor market; be involved early in the Investment Proposal to support contracting strategy development.
• Organise pre‑qualification for tenders under allocation.
• Ensure proper implementation and follow‑up of procurement contracts.
• Effectively execute and/or manage the relevant S&P steps in the P2P process (Request, Approve, Order, Expedite and Receive) to secure the right service or product at the right place and time, using the supporting ERP system.
• For purchases larger than SGD 40000 without a framework agreement, execute and manage an optimal supplier selection process, including internal and market analysis, selection criteria, RFI and RFP development, clarification meetings, bidder communication and partnership with internal business partners.
• Develop and execute project and category strategies based on key procurement categories, conduct internal and external analyses, agree on the best strategy with stakeholders to secure optimal value (costs, efficiency, risk).
• Execute the annual terminal procurement plan and budget according to allocation.
• Continuously review S&P policies, standards and systems and propose improvements to the P2P process.
