Job summary

Vopak invites high-potential graduates to join a two-year Lead Graduate program in Singapore. You will rotate across Operations and Maintenance in our terminals, gaining hands-on experience and leadership exposure.

With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and less than two years of experience, you’ll be mentored by senior leaders and tackle real business challenges while contributing to global operations. Hybrid work arrangements apply.

• Demonstrated leadership in extracurriculars is a plus.

What will you be doing?

On our Lead Graduate Track, you won't just be observing - you'll be actively involved in driving our business forward. This fast-paced program will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and network to become a future leader within Vopak's operations related functions, contributing to our global success and your own professional growth.

This two-year programme is designed to develop Vopak’s future leaders through structured job rotations and tailored training. You will gain hands-on experience by rotating through departments including Operations and Maintenance across our four terminals (Jurong Island and Sebarok Island).

• Less than 2 years of professional experience
