Job summary

Trust is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to design, build and operate the GenAI Platform Services that support AI use-cases across the bank. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to shape the future of our bank.

You will lead efforts to provide paved-road tooling, implement robust evaluation gates and governance, and empower teams with reusable SDKs and reference implementations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with production ownership of platform or developer-tooling services.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to design platform governance and risk-management features.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate GenAI Platform Services across core platform groups.
• Provide paved-road build and release tooling for a single golden path.
• Gate releases with offline evaluations, red-teaming and A/B testing.
• Implement governance controls, access, audit logging and risk management.
• Enable internal teams with SDKs, templates and reference implementations.
