Job summary

Trust Bank Singapore seeks a Lead Platform Engineer to design, build and operate a GenAI Platform that supports AI use-cases across the bank. You will drive orchestration, evaluation, and model gateway capabilities while enabling gated, auditable releases. This role requires deep cloud-native expertise and a platform-as-a-product mindset.

You will empower internal teams with SDKs and templates, ensuring security, governance, and reliability in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with ownership of platform or developer-tools.
• Hands-on with cloud-native tech, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Experience building or shipping platform-as-a-product for internal users.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate GenAI Platform Services for AI use-cases across the bank.
• Deliver orchestration, evaluation, model gateway, and RAG/memory capabilities.
• Provide tooling for secure, auditable, and scalable production releases.
• Enable internal teams with SDKs, templates, and reference implementations.
