Job summary

Great Eastern is seeking a seasoned GenAI Operations Lead to drive deployments and optimize Agentic AI services. You will oversee end-to-end GenAI pipelines across platforms, implement automation, and ensure scalable, compliant operations.

This role requires 5+ years in Data & AI engineering or operations, strong programming skills (Python, SQL) plus cloud experience, and the ability to coordinate across stakeholders to deliver high-performance, cost-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data & AI Engineering or Operations, with a focus on deploying and managing data pipelines and ML deployments.
• Hands-on exposure to operationalization of GenAI and Agentic AI implementations.
• Strong communication and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments for GenAI and Agentic AI pipelines across platforms.
• Optimize GenAI Ops processes and resource allocation.
• Track and report GenAI Ops incidents and coordinate resolutions with related parties.
• Develop automation scripts to reduce manual work in GenAI deployments.
• Develop data collection and analytics methods for GenAI Ops performance metrics.
• Explore new GenAI Ops capabilities to increase automation coverage.
• Design workflows to strengthen governance and compliance for GenAI Ops.
• Drive Ops Excellence projects to improve capabilities and metrics.
• Coordinate with GenAI Ops stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
