Job summary

Trust Bank Singapore is seeking a Platform Engineering Specialist to lead the build and operation of our GenAI Platform and to deliver AI use cases in collaboration with business teams. This role bridges platform engineering and product delivery, focusing on reusable patterns, governance, guardrails, and scalable deployments across regulated banking environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with production systems.
• Experience with cloud-native tech (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Delivery of AI/GenAI solutions and platform tooling.
• Ability to work with business, risk, and operations stakeholders.
• Familiarity with observability, cost, and security concerns.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate GenAI Platform services.
• Provide paved-road development experience with SDKs and CI/CD.
• Embed evaluation and governance into delivery lifecycle.
• Drive platform adoption and platform-as-a-product mindset.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Ops.
• Deliver AI use cases from discovery to production.
