Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering and AI/ML production experience.
• Proven track record delivering production-grade AI systems at enterprise scale.
• Strong fundamentals in scalable, resilient distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end platform development of agentic AI platforms and services.
• Design and develop agentic systems including orchestration and memory management.
• Build scalable AI platform components: evaluation, governance, observability, tooling.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and event-driven architectures for AI workloads.
• Design API-first platform capabilities, SDKs, and reusable frameworks.
• Improve scalability, reliability, latency, and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership through reviews, mentoring, and best practices.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders.
• Partner on governance, privacy, risk, and security for responsible AI.
• Stay at the forefront of agentic AI and orchestration technologies.
