Job summary

CHARLES & KEITH (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Lead Software Developer to drive end-to-end development for web platforms and internal systems. You will lead full-stack development, build integrations and APIs, and collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires at least 3 years in software development, strong full-stack skills in modern frameworks, and experience with cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years in software development.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools is a plus.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills across front-end and back-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Develop and enhance front-end and back-end web applications.
• Build integrations, APIs, middleware, and internal tools.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentor engineers.
• Deploy and manage applications in AWS environment.
• Support mobile app-related developments.
• Ensure code quality, performance, scalability and security.
