TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Full Stack Engineer to lead technical delivery across the software lifecycle, from architecture to production support. You will mentor client engineering teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in full-stack development, strong cloud/CI/CD experience, and a solid grasp of APIs and modern software architecture. This is a permanent, on-site role based in Singapore.

Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to lead technical delivery across the software development lifecycle, from architecture and development to deployment and production support. The role also involves working closely with and mentoring client engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, architecture, and solution design for new and existing applications.


• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications.


• Design APIs and integration solutions, and conduct POCs to validate technical decisions.


• Drive code quality, testing, CI/CD, cloud deployment, and technical best practices.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software engineering, testing, security, and DevOps practices.


• Experience mentoring or coaching engineers is preferred.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


• Consultancy or client-facing experience is an advantage.
