TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Full Stack Engineer to lead technical delivery across the software lifecycle, from architecture to production support. You will mentor client engineering teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in full-stack development, strong cloud/CI/CD experience, and a solid grasp of APIs and modern software architecture. This is a permanent, on-site role based in Singapore.

Qualifications

5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience across development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software architecture.
Experience mentoring engineers preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, architecture, and solution design for new and existing applications.
Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
Design APIs and integration solutions, and conduct POCs to validate technical decisions.
Drive code quality, testing, CI/CD, cloud deployment, and technical best practices.
Identify technical risks and communicate solutions and trade-offs to stakeholders.
Support production operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Mentor and coach engineering teams through pairing, workshops, and technical guidance.
Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver solutions effectively.
