Frasers Property Limited in Singapore seeks a Facilities Management professional to lead maintenance planning, preventive maintenance, and CAPEX works for retail mall assets.

You will manage tenancy works, supervise a team of building staff, ensure M&E systems are serviced on schedule, and uphold safety and regulatory compliance. Degree in Building Services or FM and 3–5 years in retail mall management are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services or Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous, highly organized with good time management.
• 3–5 years in retail mall management including tenants’ liaison, tenancy and minor A&A work.
• Knowledge of SAP, Ariba and AutoCAD is advantageous in a retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead building maintenance services and preventive maintenance planning.
• Plan and implement CAPEX works and tenancy-related tasks.
• Coordinate with tenants, contractors and internal teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Supervise Building Supervisors and technicians on site and guide troubleshooting.
• Manage statutory obligations and renewals for authorities and safety compliance.
