Job summary

One North Consulting PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to steer end-to-end delivery of technology products in Singapore. You will lead engineering work, translate requirements into robust software, and ensure production readiness while coordinating with Product, Architecture and Stakeholders.

The role emphasizes driving delivery planning, maintaining quality, reducing technical debt and ensuring predictability across releases in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex technology products end-to-end.
Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, CI/CD, automated testing and engineering quality.

Responsibilities

Own engineering delivery from requirements through production.
Drive release planning, testing, environments, deployment and production readiness.
Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams to maintain realistic commitments.
Balance scope, quality, debt, risk and timelines with Product.
