Job summary

ST ENGINEERING E-SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a Technical Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end delivery and operations of enterprise TLMS platforms in Singapore. The role emphasizes delivering stable systems, driving enhancements, and overseeing complex integrations in an AI-first direction.

You will own platform delivery, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and drive automation, data-driven insights, and intelligent tooling to improve efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in technical delivery, systems integration, or platform management.
• Experience managing vendor-led delivery in enterprise systems (SaaS/LMS preferred).
• Proven track record in UAT management, release delivery, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery and operations of TLMS platforms.
• Drive issue resolution, defect triage, and system stabilisation.
• Ensure readiness for releases, deployments, and production support.
• Oversee system integrations (e.g. identity, payments, data/reporting pipelines).
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Leverage data and system insights to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Support adoption of intelligent tooling (e.g. AI-assisted reporting, triaging, and process optimisation).
• Serve as the primary technical interface across business, internal teams, and vendors.
• Drive technical discussions, decision-making, and follow-through on deliverables.
• Ensure vendor accountability on performance, quality, and timelines.
• Manage lifecycle of change requests (CRs) and system enhancements.
• Validate requirements and ensure readiness for implementation.
• Lead UAT coordination, defect management, and acceptance decisions.
• Oversee data integrity and reporting accuracy across the platform.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Manage risks related to system changes, integrations, and reporting outputs.
• Maintain prioritised issue backlog and drive resolution.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Escalate critical issues with clear recommendations.
