Job summary

Schneider Electric Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Solution Architect to drive pre-sales for Digital Grid solutions across APAC & GI. You will collaborate with country teams, hub experts, and partners to position technical leadership and grow the pipeline of opportunities.

You will lead tender responses, define customer business drivers, and ensure offerings align with sales strategy, delivery, and commercial terms. Strong communication and leadership across multi-country teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Utility industry (DSOs, TSOs) and deep knowledge of utilities software projects.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions for one or more utility domains.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and tendering in large software bids.
• Strong ability to pitch at C-level and build business cases with clear value propositions.
• Experience with RFP processes, contract terms, and commercial considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for pre-sales activities of complex software solutions for utility customers.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams, LoB Product Centers, and execution teams to drive opportunities.
• Coach customer sales teams and Schneider Electric country management in pitching Digital Grid offers.
• Lead demand creation and influence strategic decisions at key accounts.
• Prescribe solutions, manage tendering activities, and coordinate with Centers of Excellence.
