Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Digital Power Solutions Technical Leader in Singapore to drive design, engineering, implementation, and lifecycle support of advanced digital energy management and power system solutions. You will serve as the technical authority for PME, PSO, EPAS, Microgrid, and ETAP studies across critical environments.

You will collaborate with customers, project managers, solution architects, and cybersecurity experts to deliver reliable, scalable, and cyber-secure solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation Engineering, or equivalent.
• Master’s degree would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical execution of Digital Power projects.
• Define system architecture and engineering standards for EPMS, SCADA, Microgrid, and EMS solutions.
• Act as the highest level technical escalation point during project execution.
• Establish engineering governance, design reviews, and technical quality assurance processes.
• Mentor and develop application engineers, commissioning engineers, and technical specialists.
• Support competency development and capability building within the engineering organization.
