Job summary

Schneider Electric Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Digital Power Solutions Technical Leader to drive end-to-end technical execution across EPMS, PSO, EPAS, PME and ETAP studies for data centers, utilities, and critical facilities.

You will define architectures, lead design reviews, and mentor engineers while ensuring cyber-secure, scalable solutions and strict governance across global projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Electrical/Power/Automation engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Digital Power, Energy Management, Automation, or Power System Engineering.
• Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects (data centers, transportation, airports, semiconductors, utilities, government).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical execution of Digital Power projects.
• Define system architecture and engineering standards for EPMS, SCADA, Microgrid, and EMS solutions.
• Act as the highest level technical escalation point during project execution.
• Establish engineering governance, design reviews, and QA processes.
• Mentor and develop application engineers and commissioning specialists.
• Support competency development within the engineering organization.
