Job summary

ITRON ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Site Relocation Coordinator lead to supervise a team and ensure smooth relocation operations on site.

You will plan daily tasks, manage manpower, oversee inventory, update Excel records, and coordinate vendors and logistics to meet relocation schedules.

This is a 10-month contract requiring at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong planning and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in logistics, engineering, operations or related field.
• 10-month contract
• Minimum 3 years of site coordination or logistics experience
• Prior team-leading or supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and asset inventory management
• Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of Site Relocation Coordinators for daily relocation operations.
• Plan and assign daily tasks, manpower deployment and work priorities according to the relocation schedule.
• Oversee asset inventory management, labeling, data verification and Excel updates.
• Prepare and maintain relocation documentation, asset tracking records and progress reports.
• Coordinate and supervise relocation vendors, contractors and logistics personnel onsite.
• Manage loading bay arrangements, cargo lift bookings, equipment movement routes and schedules.
• Monitor relocation progress, identify potential delays and resolve onsite operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, access procedures and approved relocation protocols.
• Communicate daily progress, operational issues and resource requirements to the Move Day Operations Lead or Project Manager

• Strong communication, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
